Description

2UUL MC7060-A1 7-60X Trinocular Microscope for PCB Micro-Work

The 2UUL MC7060-A1 is a professional trinocular stereo microscope designed for precision PCB repair, micro-soldering, and BGA rework. Featuring 7–60X continuous synchronous zoom, wide-field eyepieces, and a sturdy base, it delivers sharp, stable imaging for intricate electronic repair tasks.

Features

7–60X Continuous Synchronous Zoom: 0.7X–6.0X objective with WF10X eyepieces provides smooth, flash-free magnification adjustment. Maintains focus across the entire zoom range for seamless inspection from overview to fine detailMartview.

🔍 Trinocular Interface Design: Dual eyepieces for direct observation plus a dedicated CTV port (0.5X adapter included) for connecting cameras/monitors. Enables real-time video output, photo documentation, or dual-view trainingAlibaba.

🛡️ High-Quality Optical System: Greenough-type binocular stereoscopic optics with anti-reflective coating. WF10X/23mm high-eye-point eyepieces offer a wide, comfortable field of view (φ32.8mm at 7X) and reduce eye fatigue during long sessionsMartview.

Precision Focus & Sturdy Build: Coarse and fine focus knobs for sharp, accurate focusing. Large, heavy-duty base ensures stability; 120mm working lifting range accommodates multi-layer PCBs and bulky components.

💡 Adjustable LED Illumination: Equipped with a 72-bead dimmable LED ring light. Provides bright, even, shadow-free lighting for inspecting solder joints, tiny components, and PCB tracesAlibaba.

🌡️ Long Working Distance: ~85mm working distance at maximum magnification, ideal for maneuvering tools during micro-soldering, reballing, and component replacement.

Use Guide

Preparation

Place the microscope on a stable workbench. Adjust the interpupillary distance of the eyepieces for comfortable viewing. Connect the LED light power supply and adjust brightness as needed.

Application Steps

  1. Position the Workpiece: Secure the PCB or component on the base under the objective lens.
  2. Adjust Magnification: Start at 7X for overall positioning, then zoom in to 60X for detailed inspection or soldering.
  3. Focus: Use the coarse knob for initial focus, then fine-adjust for sharp, clear imaging.
  4. Observe & Operate: View through eyepieces or connect a camera to the trinocular port for on-screen display. Perform micro-soldering, rework, or inspection.

Usage Tips

  • Keep the optical lenses clean; use a soft lens cloth to wipe dust gently.
  • Avoid direct sunlight exposure to prevent optical coating damage.
  • Store in a dry place when not in use; cover with the dust cap.
